This collection consists of modular background plates designed to be placed between the Vexel casing and the Specimen within a standard containment assembly.
Each plate is 0.8mm thin and engineered for dual-orientation use—capable of being inserted facing up or down, effectively offering two distinct visual configurations per plate. Additionally, mirroring the plate during slicing (e.g., via Prusa Slicer) unlocks further design variations, expanding the aesthetic and functional customization possibilities.
- A Base version for standard rectangular Vexels
- A Rounded Corner version optimized for insertion into rounded Vexel frames
